In celebration of “Courtesy Week,” MIT International School, spearheaded by Ms. Nica de Asis, the Guidance Officer, conducted its own version of the The Compliments Project by Jennifer Gonzalez from August 22-26, 2016.
In between classes, students were asked to take the “hot seat,” which gave their classmates the opportunity to write about what makes them special and loved. As seen through the video above, every MITISzen enjoyed reading the compliments given to them.
Indeed, kind words can go a long way to help build one’s confidence and foster meaningful relationships in MITIS, their second home.
