Transfer Guidelines
- Although it is recommended to enroll within the first two weeks of the semester, MITIS accepts new students if a slot in the applicant’s grade is available and all admission requirements have been met.
- In addition to the general admission requirements, academic program and calendar of the previous school are important factors to be considered during the admission process.
- Minimum attendance requirement is 80% in order to receive credits. (Attendance at a previous school can be applied.)
- Students with unresolved or serious disciplinary problems in previous schools will not be accepted.
- Students who are admitted after the middle of a quarter may not receive grades for that grading period.
- It is school’s prerogative to accept or reject any applicant.
