Park, Alipit Lead the New Set of Leaders

Jusung Park of Grade 12 and Maria Sophia Alipit of Grade 8 were elected as the presidents for this year’s Senior and Junior Student Coordinating Board (SCB) last August 26 at the Computer Laboratory. For the Senior SCB, JaydenKim Taeyung of Grade 12 was elected as the vice president; Paul Seo MinSuk of Grade 11 as the secretary; Charles Denver Opague of Grade 9 as the treasurer; Myra Joanna Arce of Grade 9 as the auditor, and from the same grade level, Joel Ramirez as the public relations officer.

For Junior SCB, Prince Roilan Benico of Grade 6 was elected as the vice president; Angelina Park Hyunji of Grade 5, secretary; Robert Jeremiah Rivera of Grade 4, treasurer; Annika Lavilla of Grade 4, auditor, and from the same grade level,Angelika Hizon as the public relations officer.

After the election, the candidacy for the committee heads was opened to the members of the board. Considering their advantages and disadvantages, their competency and their skills, the elected core officers decided who among the candidates are fit for the position. 

For Senior SCB, Rose Antonette McKeon of Grade 12 was appointed as the Students’ Welfare Committee Head; Mariella Chantelle Parry of Grade 10 as the Special Events’ Committee Head, and Audrey Lok Lum Yue of Grade 11 as the Environment Care’s Committee Head. |

For Junior SCB,  Billy Baek Inha of Grade 8 was appointed as the Student’s Welfare Committee Head; Anagha Menon of Grade 7 as the Special Events’ Committee Head, and Pia Jamei Camacho of Grade 6 as the Environment Care’s Committee Head. Grade level representatives of the JSCB are Elly Baek In Yea of Grade 9, Keoni Alexander Fernandez of Grade 10, Kim Jiyoon of Grade 11, and Haley Park Hyunju of Grade 12.

Grade level representatives of the JSCB are Jialin Precious Gan of Grade 4, Dharla Jhulz Dalangin, Grade 5; Julia Rose Alexandra McKeon, Grade 6; Julianne Lavilla, Grade 7; and Iona Violeta Gibbs, Grade 8. The oath-taking for the Senior SCB was held last September 21; Junior SCB members took their oath last September 22. The SCB used the educational networking site Edmodo as a method of electing the officers for the voters to be kept anonymous.
