FIRST INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OPENS IN FILRT’S NORTHGATE CYBERZONE

FILRT welcomes MIT International School (MITIS) to iHub 2, marking the opening of the first international school within Northgate Cyberzone.

The milestone brings international education closer to families across Southern Metro Manila while expanding Northgate’s established office and BPO ecosystem into a more diverse, integrated, and future-ready district.

By welcoming a long-term institutional tenant, FILRT continues to future-proof its portfolio, diversify its tenant mix, and create greater value for its stakeholders and surrounding communities.
