On Monday, October 15th, the entire school community gathered to honor the hardworking members of faculty and staff as part of the MITIS World Teacher’s Day celebration.
Several weeks before, the Student Coordinating Board (SCB) officers, in coordination with different grade level officers, prepared personalized gifts and presentations for each of the teachers to be shown during the program held in the school’s multi-purpose hall. The simple gifts and gestures were given as a small token of appreciation for the selflessly dedicated work the teachers exert every day. There were also several games, which allowed students and teachers alike to further strengthen the bond they have created.
After the program, teachers and staff went to SM Southmall to enjoy a lunch buffet and bowling games sponsored by the SCB and the ever supportive parents and guardians. Through this meaningful celebration, students, parents, and guardians have extended their sincerest gratitude to MITIS teachers who continually inspire and motivate each learner with zeal, passion, and dedication as the school community journeys together towards success.
