MITIS students participate in Saturday Sidewalk School for their CSO activity

Creative Social Outreach is a great means for MITISzens to realize its ESLR 7: Active and Collaborative Global Citizens through understanding the plight of society’s last, lost, and least, and through making oneself ready to help and be an agent for change.

This school year, MITIS students participated in Saturday Sidewalk School organized by Metro World Child as co-organizers. They assisted in managing the children-participants, storytelling, facilitating games among others. The CSO student team also brought snacks for everyone who attended the activity.

It was indeed a great experience for the MITISzens; seeing the young with their tiny hands and big hearts to love learning made everyone realize that education has no boundaries.
